Greeks in context | National Museum of Antiquities, Leiden | 2015
The Greek ‘rhithmos’ and form vocabulary were the inspiration for the exhibition design, set in Mediterranean blue. On the 2nd floor is showcased ‘Greece Absorbs’ in an oval gallery where objects of the Cyclades, Crete, Mycene, Cyprus, Corinthe and Athens are displayed in star shaped islands. Trade routes are projected on the floor. The 1st floor accommodates ‘Greece Inspires’ with ‘Stories of Vases’ and ‘The Greek Expansion’ in meandering showcases and a central ‘Classical Sculpture Gallery’. Audiovisuals and an audiotour complement the presentations.

In collaboration with Van Rosmalen & Schenk, graphic designers and Studio Louter, multimedia team.
