Egyptian magic | National Museum of Antiquities, Leiden | 2010
The Egyptians saw magic as a perfectly ordinary part of life. It was a view closely interwoven with their religion. They believed that anything could be influenced by using magic. In later periods, their magic influenced many other cultures like the Talmud, the Old Testament, the Islamic beliefs as well as the freemasonry and the alchemy.

The three-dimensional design emphasizes the content of the exhibition by using different cabinets and colours. Next to the general texts there are introduction texts above the showcases and captions as well as audio visuals and an interactive touch screen to provide more profound information to the visitors.
