Submarines! | Navy Museum, Den Helder | 2006
This retrospective exhibition of the history of submarines was created to celebrate the centennial anniversary of the Submarine Department of the Royal Navy. The public can experience how it feels to inhabit a limited space by walking through a time lock, which includes a built-in day and night simulator. The colour blue has been used to reinforce the ‘underwater feeling’.
